Small and simple two gate airport. Limited destinations but down home hospitality and services. This is a great option if it works for your travels! My only complaint is they built a parking deck so now you have to pay to park!

With two gates within the small confines of the lone building, Concord Regional is a wonderful and smart option if you want to fly into Charlotte and points nearby. Located northeast of the busy Charlotte metro area, the airport's small profile affords a busyness that will not overwhelm most people, I believe, unlike the larger airports. I found the TSA personnel professional, yet friendly. As you can imagine with only two gates, the time to gate is mostly negligible. The waiting area is one large area and the vendors are few. The bathrooms have been clean when I've been there. One important note: All passengers must walk outside to board and deplane by using the ramp.

Was counting on my cousin to be with me during an extremely important event. They delayed the 9 pm flight twice. First to 11pm then 12:30am. Then the NEXT morning. To then ultimately cancel the whole flight. The reasoning? They didn’t account for the whole crew needed for the flight. So this wasn’t a “last minute” thing if that was the case. They knew they didn’t have the crew. If I could give 0 stars I would. They refunded but even THAT won’t be helpful because it’ll take 5-6 business days to even return?!?! How is that quick enough to book a flight asap and not even offer to help those find a new flight?!?Horrible. I do NOT recommend.

This airport is great. It's small and quick and has everything you need for travel. We lost a phone on arrival, and when we realized it was missing and tracked it back to the airport, I called the info desk. They had the phone and kept it for us until we returned a few days later for our return flight. It's also very close to Charlotte without the busyness and traffic that would be associated with flying into Charlotte. I highly recommend it!

My new favorite airport. Security was crazy quick, the gates are right next to it, and the place is super chill. You do have to walk outside for the ramp. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of choices for eating. You also won't get a bunch of random shops that you never buy anything at though.

I loved this little airport! So convenient to fly from Sanford/Orlando Airport to see my grand baby.

Basically only serves 1 commercial airline. Only has one place to buy snacks/drinks. Bathroom need to be cleaned and stocked more frequently. Once you get through security it's just one big room with 150- 300 people waiting to board their flight. Access to planes is by outside ramps that aren't cover. For a regional airport it is better than other airports because you don't have to walk what seems like miles to get to/from your plane. Parking is directly across from the terminal.

TSA it's quick and easy, boarding is great except on rainy days. It would be nic if they could invest in canopies for the ramp like other airports have. All in all, I love this airport.
